Scope and Contents The papers of Elihu Harrison (1797-1855) consist primarily of his business papers including bills, accounts, receipts, and orders. Elihu Harrison was a storekeeper and business man in Litchfield, first in the South Farms section (now the town of Morris) and later, about 1825, in the center of Litchfield.
